Father’s Day is a date that goes beyond the calendar. It is not just a Sunday marked in red; it is an opportunity to pause and look at those men who, through their constant presence, have shaped our lives. At Presidente Carlos Julio Arosemena Tola School, from the journalism club, Paula Del Pezo and Emely Rivera welcomed this celebration with open arms and cameras ready to capture every moment. The day began by walking through the school’s hallways and courtyards in search of those silent protagonists: The fathers. When we found each one, we asked them a single question: What do you enjoy most about being a father? The question, laden with symbolism, sparked an immediate glint in the interviewees’ eyes. There were no evasive answers or hesitations. Every father, regardless of age or occupation, responded with a warmth that transcended the microphone and settled into the hearts of those listening. For some, the answer came wrapped in anecdotes; for others, it was briefer. Because for them, being a father was not a role or a responsibility, but the joy of having someone to call «child.» As the fathers posed for photos with the Superman frame, for an instant we saw, through their smiles, the superhero their children have always seen in them. This activity was not just a survey; it was a space for connection. And then we understood that our job was not only to ask questions and take notes. Our task was to capture the essence of those moments: the glances, the gestures, the silences that spoke louder than any word. Today, from the depths of our hearts as daughters and not as students, we close this report with a single wish: that all fathers in the world know that, even if we do not always say it, they are our flesh-and-blood heroes. And that just as they gave us life, we return that gift every time we look at them and say, with our souls full:
